My friend's birthday barbecue gave me an excuse to make tabouli today. The recipe always makes a huge amount (parsley seems to multiply like a Catholic family) and my large bowl always sits on the potluck table and looks untouched. Tonight, I put some in a smaller bowl and took that. I'll be darned if it wasn't nearly cleaned out by the time we left. Even had a few people ask me for the recipe, which will stun M as he likens tabouli to "rabbit food" and thinks I'm weird for loving it.
